Jan Vidal’s Honor line of Cava is an excellent choice as the centerpiece of a celebration. The Cava is made using the Traditional Method, the same as Champagne, where the wine is carbonated by a secondary fermentation in the bottle and allowed to age on the yeast. The result is added complexity but at a very affordable price point.
